Planning Engineer (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Planning Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and possess a strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource management within a manufacturing environment. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely execution of production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and production plans using relevant software.

Coordinate with various departments (procurement, production, quality, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress against established timelines, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.

Prepare regular progress reports and present them to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and risks.

Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and track project expenditures against planned budgets.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
