Plant / Factory Head (3-4 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant / Factory Head with 3-4 years of relevant experience and a B.Pharma background to oversee our manufacturing operations in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production, aligning with our company's strategic goals. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and team management within the electronics manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, relevant industry standards).
• Manage and motivate a team of production staff, supervisors, and technicians to achieve production targets.
• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production equipment and ensure timely maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze production data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable to specific product lines.
