Plant / Factory Head - UPL Limited (Mumbai)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Plant / Factory Head with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to oversee our manufacturing operations in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high safety standards, and driving continuous improvement within the plant. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal background to navigate regulatory compliance and optimize operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.

Ensure strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.

Manage and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Coordinate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all plant activities are in line with Indian and international laws and standards.

Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and cost objectives.

Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for raw materials and finished goods.

Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
