Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Plant / Factory Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee operations in our Ahmedabad facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to industrial operations, alongside practical management skills. This role requires a unique blend of operational oversight and legal acumen to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient factory functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily plant operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws, environmental regulations, and factory act provisions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and company objectives.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Conduct regular legal compliance audits and risk assessments for the factory premises.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring fair labor practices and dispute resolution in line with legal frameworks.
- Collaborate with legal and HR departments to address any compliance issues or legal challenges.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, compliance status, and legal adherence for senior management.
- Supervise a team of factory staff, providing guidance and ensuring performance targets are met.
