Plant / Factory Manager at Navitas Semiconductor India Private Limited

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant / Factory Manager with 2-3 years of experience to oversee our manufacturing operations in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.

Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards.

Oversee production planning, inventory management, and material procurement.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental policies.

Lead and mentor the plant operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Manage equipment maintenance and ensure optimal plant functionality.

Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Supply Chain, to achieve business objectives.
