Plant Performance Engineer - Hotels & Restaurants (3-4 Yrs) - Delhi

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Plant Performance Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance and efficiency of our hotel's operational plants and systems. This position requires a strong foundation in data analysis, system monitoring, and problem-solving, leveraging a BCA degree to interpret technical data and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze the performance of various plant systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems) to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Collect, interpret, and report on operational data using analytical tools and software.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance system efficiency, reduce operational costs, and minimize environmental impact.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, coordinating with maintenance teams and external vendors as needed.

Maintain accurate records of plant performance, maintenance activities, and energy consumption.

Assist in the development and implementation of predictive maintenance programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal integration and performance of all operational systems.
