Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Post Silicon Test Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at ONGC in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for validating and ensuring the quality of our advanced semiconductor components used in the oil and gas industry. While the core of this role involves technical testing, we are looking for candidates with a strong business acumen and analytical skills, typically developed through a BBA or BBM education, to contribute to the strategic aspects of test planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans for new semiconductor designs.
- Perform functional, performance, and stress testing of silicon devices.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and collaborate with design teams for bug fixing.
- Develop test automation scripts and improve test methodologies.
- Contribute to the definition of test requirements and characterization plans.
- Manage and maintain test hardware and software infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
- Assist in the development of business cases for new testing strategies and equipment procurement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities related to semiconductor testing in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
