Practice Manager / Head - 2-3 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Practice Manager / Head to oversee and optimize our logistics operations in Kochi. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 2-3 years of experience who can drive operational efficiency and manage a team effectively. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution of logistics processes, client satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the logistics hub, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Supervise and train a team of logistics staff, fostering a productive work environment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide effective logistics solutions.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage inventory and fleet maintenance schedules.
