Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a Bachelor of Arts degree to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on contributing to educational initiatives within our corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, specifically those related to preschool and primary education. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills and a passion for early childhood development. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of educational programs for preschool and primary-aged children as part of HDFC Life's CSR initiatives.
* Support the coordination of workshops, training sessions, and community outreach activities related to early childhood education.
* Help in creating and curating age-appropriate educational materials and resources.
* Liaise with school administrators, teachers, and community partners to ensure program effectiveness.
* Maintain records, track program progress, and assist in generating reports.
* Contribute to research on best practices in preschool and primary education.
* Provide administrative support to the education and CSR team as needed.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement.
