Principal Consultant for M.Des Graduates

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Principal Consultant with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's in Design (M.Des) to join our Hyderabad team. This role involves driving innovation in our logistics and supply chain operations through user-centric design thinking and strategic problem-solving. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our services by identifying opportunities, developing design solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement impactful changes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand customer needs and pain points within the logistics ecosystem.
- Develop innovative design concepts, prototypes, and solutions for improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and service offerings.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and effective design strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for service enhancement.
- Present design proposals and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the company.
