Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional program teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and drive buy-in.
Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
Apply business insights from MBA/PGDM to optimize program strategies and contribute to overall business goals.
Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution within program teams.
