Principal Program Manager - B.Des Professionals (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Principal Program Manager with a B.Des background and 3-4 years of relevant experience. This role is crucial for driving complex program initiatives within our Electronic Components / Semiconductors division in Lucknow. You will leverage your design thinking and program management skills to ensure successful project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program lifecycle for key initiatives, from ideation to execution and closure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and marketing, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication and reporting to all stakeholders, including senior management.
- Apply design thinking principles to understand user needs and translate them into program requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in program processes and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Manage vendor relationships and deliverables as applicable.
