Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and observant Private Detective with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate security team in Noida. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and M.Pharma background to conduct investigations, gather intelligence, and ensure the integrity of our operations within the water treatment and waste management industry. This role requires a discreet and methodical approach to problem-solving and information gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct surveillance and gather information on potential internal and external threats to the company's assets and operations.

Investigate cases of industrial espionage, intellectual property theft, and unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.

Utilize an M.Pharma background to analyze chemical processes, product formulations, and environmental impact data relevant to investigations.

Prepare detailed reports on findings, including evidence collection, analysis, and recommendations.

Liaise with law enforcement agencies and legal counsel when necessary.

Conduct background checks and pre-employment screening.

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all investigative activities.
