Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the identification and documentation of existing business processes.
Support the analysis of process data to identify areas for improvement and potential bottlenecks.
Participate in the design and development of new or revised processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Contribute to the implementation of process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
Help in collecting and analyzing metrics to track the performance of implemented changes.
Assist in training and communicating process changes to relevant stakeholders.
Learn and apply basic Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to problem-solving.
Maintain documentation related to process improvement projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process execution.
