Procurement Category Manager - M.A Professionals (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Category Manager with a Master's degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing procurement for specific categories within BYJU'S, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development and execution of category strategies for assigned procurement categories (e.g., IT hardware, marketing services, educational content resources).

- Assist in supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on category performance.
