Procurement / Sourcing Head - Analytics / KPO / Research Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement / Sourcing Head to lead our sourcing and procurement operations within the dynamic Analytics / KPO / Research sector. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high quality standards for our Kochi-based operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the procurement landscape in the Indian market and a Master of Science degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and optimize value.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Analyze spending patterns and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
