We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Producer with a strong academic background to join our Import & Export division in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for optimizing our trade operations, managing complex supply chains, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure efficient execution of import and export strategies. This position is suited for individuals with a Doctorate/PhD and 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new trade opportunities and potential risks in global import/export markets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of import and export transactions, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless supply chain management.
• Analyze trade data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on trade performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
