Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Development Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for our electrical equipment portfolio. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating cutting-edge products.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to define product requirements and specifications.
Manage product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends.
Oversee the design, prototyping, testing, and validation phases of product development.
Ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Prepare product documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
Support product launch activities and provide technical assistance to the sales and marketing teams.
