Product Operations Associate / Lead - Furniture & Furnishing (0-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate / Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth functioning and growth of our product operations within the furniture and furnishing sector. You will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient product development cycles and successful product launches. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Master's degree and 0-2 years of experience to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Support the Product team in gathering and analyzing user feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Help in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure timely product delivery.
- Track product performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the documentation of product specifications and processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues related to product features and performance.
- Participate in A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product features.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in furniture and e-commerce.
