Product / Service Trainer (0-2 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Product / Service Trainer to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate with a passion for training and a knack for understanding complex products and services. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance the skills of our internal teams and external clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our hospitality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored for product and service functionalities.

Deliver engaging and informative training sessions (both online and in-person) to various user groups, including new hires, existing staff, and clients.

Understand and articulate the features, benefits, and operational aspects of our hospitality software products and services.

Provide ongoing support and answer queries from trainees regarding product usage and best practices.

Gather feedback from training sessions and participants to identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.

Stay updated with product updates and new service offerings to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

Collaborate with product development and customer success teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
