Product / Service Trainer - Full-Time Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product / Service Trainer with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering engaging training programs for our innovative range of agrochemical products and services. Your expertise in understanding user needs and translating technical information into accessible learning content will be crucial for empowering our sales force and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, for new and existing agrochemical products.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for internal teams (sales, marketing) and external stakeholders (distributors, farmers).
- Translate complex product features and benefits into easily understandable training content, leveraging your M.Des background for visual communication and user experience.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations, making necessary adjustments to improve content and delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to gather product information and understand target audience needs.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up training to reinforce learning and address specific queries.
