Production Manager (Oil & Gas) - Courier / Logistics

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager (Oil & Gas) to join our growing team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing production processes within our logistics operations, specifically focusing on aspects related to the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of production management principles and a M.A degree, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet operational targets and client demands within the oil and gas logistics chain.

Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality control.

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and environmental standards specific to the oil and gas industry and logistics operations.

Manage and lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and client relations, to ensure seamless operations.
