Production Manager / Supervisor (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager / Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Com degree to oversee and optimize our logistics operations in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely processing of shipments, managing a team, and implementing operational improvements. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes and a proven ability to drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, including sorting, packing, and dispatch of parcels, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Manage and motivate a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, accuracy, and delivery times, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures and safety regulations within the production environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as warehousing and transportation, to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics flow.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
