Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, identifying critical path activities and potential risks.
- Support program managers in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality) to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
- Help in preparing project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, document action items, and follow up on their completion.
- Assist in resource allocation and management activities.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the program management office.
- Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
