Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals with an MBA/PGDM degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our team as Project Architects. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to contribute to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of clinical research projects within a dynamic CRO environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Support project managers in tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.

Coordinate communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.

Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices within the clinical research context.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
