Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Refining) with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an individual with a legal background (LLB) looking to contribute to the technical and operational aspects of our refining projects. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in project execution within the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of refining projects.
- Review and understand project documentation, including contracts, technical specifications, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support the project team in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth project progress.
- Identify and report potential risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards and regulations.
- Participate in site inspections and progress meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation of project reports and documentation.
- Leverage legal understanding to support contract administration and compliance checks.
