Project Engineer (Refining) - Furniture & Furnishing Sector - 1-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Refining) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree and 1-3 years of experience who is eager to contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of projects within the furniture and furnishing sector. You will play a key role in ensuring project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and refinement of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and propose solutions.

Support the refinement of manufacturing processes and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.

Prepare project status reports, documentation, and presentations for management.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product or process improvement.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
