Project Finance Manager - 3-4 Yrs Experience - Full-Time Role

Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Project Finance Manager with 3-4 years of experience, preferably with an MCA degree, to join our finance team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial aspects of various hotel development and renovation projects, ensuring financial viability, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, project budgeting, and risk assessment within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for new hotel projects, including feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
- Prepare project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.
- Analyze financial performance of ongoing projects and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Assist in securing project financing, liaising with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for potential project investments.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
