Project Head - Manufacturing - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Head - Manufacturing with a Diploma in Engineering or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or clinical research supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure the timely and efficient production of clinical trial materials. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all manufacturing activities, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
* Oversee the quality control and assurance processes within the manufacturing unit.
* Manage and mentor a team of manufacturing personnel, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
* Manage inventory of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.
* Prepare and present regular reports on manufacturing performance, challenges, and achievements.
* Ensure the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
* Identify and mitigate operational risks within the manufacturing environment.
