Project Head - Manufacturing - Surat

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Head - Manufacturing to join our team in Surat. This role is crucial for overseeing and executing manufacturing projects within our agrochemical division, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and efficient resource management. This is an excellent opportunity for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 3-4 years of experience in manufacturing project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage manufacturing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Manage project documentation and reporting to stakeholders.

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
