Project Manager - Construction (3-4 Yrs) - Hotels & Restaurants

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience in construction, preferably within the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Pharma background who possess strong organizational and analytical skills, and are looking to transition their expertise into managing construction projects for hotel and restaurant establishments. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is based in Thane.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end construction project lifecycles, from planning and design to execution and handover.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Monitor site activities, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Prepare regular project reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and financial status.

Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills, honed during B.Pharma studies, to address construction challenges effectively.
