Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager - Construction with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects at our Nagpur facility. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to all regulatory and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation for construction activities.
Oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and building codes to ensure project compliance.
Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and legal soundness.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies with a strong legal and contractual understanding.
Liaise with legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to resolve any construction-related legal or compliance issues.
Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and legal considerations.
