We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Project / Program Risk Analyst. This role is crucial for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our ongoing and upcoming projects within the textile and apparel sector. You will play a key part in ensuring the successful and timely completion of initiatives by proactively managing potential challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for an M.Sc graduate with 2-4 years of experience to contribute to a dynamic industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential risks across various project phases, including strategic, operational, financial, and technical risks.
- Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks and methodologies relevant to the textile and apparel industry.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk analysis to determine the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
- Propose and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and report on the status of risks and the effectiveness of mitigation efforts to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management is integrated into project planning and execution.
- Maintain a risk register and ensure its regular updates.
- Analyze industry trends and external factors that could impact project success.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and tools.
