Pumpman - Film / Music / Entertainment

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pumpman with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at T-Series in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM degree and have a strong understanding of operational efficiency within the entertainment sector. This role involves managing and optimizing fluid systems critical to our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all pumping systems across production facilities.
- Monitor fluid levels, pressure, and flow rates, implementing adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on pumps, pipelines, and associated equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions related to the pumping systems promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards related to fluid handling and storage.
- Assist in the planning and execution of new installations or modifications to existing pumping infrastructure.
- Manage procurement of necessary supplies and parts for pump maintenance and operation.
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains, leveraging MBA/PGDM knowledge.
