QA / QC Analyst (0-1 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA / QC Analyst with 0-1 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Quality Assurance team in Kochi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet stringent quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses as per established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document all quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Assist in the investigation of quality-related issues and customer complaints.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and generate quality reports.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns.
