QA Team Manager (3-5 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced QA Team Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts for innovative agricultural solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our software products that support the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies and a proven ability to manage a team, with a Bachelor of Science degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures.

Oversee the execution of various testing phases, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.

Identify, analyze, and document defects, and track them to resolution.

Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
