Quality Analyst - Manufacturing & Production Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies, with 3-4 years of relevant experience. This role is crucial in ensuring the consistent quality of our manufactured products and adherence to stringent industry standards. A postgraduate degree in any discipline is required, demonstrating a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.

Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency.

Maintain accurate quality records and documentation, including inspection reports and audit findings.

Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality management.
