Quality Head - Nagpur

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Quality Head with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving all aspects of our quality control processes within the leather manufacturing unit. This role requires a strong understanding of quality standards, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to implement and maintain robust quality assurance systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest industry and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance and control program for leather products.

- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.

- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce defects.

- Collaborate with production, design, and sourcing teams to establish quality benchmarks and standards.

- Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and non-conformance reports.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to leather product quality.

- Train and mentor junior quality control staff.
