Quality Manager / Supervisor (1-2 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager / Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality control principles and a keen eye for detail, complemented by an LLM degree, which provides a unique analytical and regulatory perspective. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.

Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, leveraging your LLM understanding.

Assist in training production staff on quality procedures.
