Quality Manager / Supervisor - Insurance

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager / Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and a strong understanding of quality assurance principles within the insurance sector. This role is crucial in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services and products, aligning with company standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures for insurance products and services.

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify quality gaps and propose corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, customer service) to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Design and oversee the implementation of quality control metrics and performance indicators.

Utilize design thinking principles and user experience insights to enhance service quality and customer journey.

Train and mentor junior team members on quality best practices.

Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
