Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Reefer Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Surat. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our refrigerated transport systems, which are integral to our content delivery logistics. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of our reefer units, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the performance of reefer units and associated equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for any mechanical or electrical issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of reefer systems.
- Respond to and resolve emergency breakdowns of reefer units during transit or at the depot.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of temperature-sensitive content.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols related to reefer operations.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and manage inventory for reefer maintenance.
- Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in reefer engineering and cold chain logistics.
