Refinery Operator for Post Graduation Not Required Graduates (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Refinery Operator with 1-2 years of experience to join our operations team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of refining equipment, ensuring product quality and adherence to safety standards. This role is suitable for individuals who have completed their education up to graduation or equivalent, with post-graduation not being a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor refining equipment such as distillation columns, heat exchangers, and pumps according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
- Collect samples and conduct basic quality control tests as per established guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
