Regional Sales Manager (B2B) - Electronics Manufacturing Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager (B2B) with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned region for our innovative electronic manufacturing solutions, focusing on business-to-business clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the electronics industry and strong client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the B2B electronics manufacturing sector.

Identify and prospect potential B2B clients, including OEMs, ODMs, and other electronics-focused businesses within the assigned region.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.

Understand client needs and effectively present the company's electronic manufacturing capabilities and solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, technical support) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on regional sales performance.
