We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Surat. Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate medical attention and first aid in case of emergencies or injuries.

Develop and implement comprehensive employee health and wellness programs.

Manage occupational health services, including health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.

Advise management on health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Liaise with external healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies.

Conduct health awareness campaigns and provide counseling on health-related issues.

Utilize business and management principles gained from MBA/PGDM to optimize health service delivery and resource allocation.
