We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our manufacturing facility in Pune. This role is crucial in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees, providing immediate medical care, and implementing health and safety programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational health principles and be adept at managing various medical situations within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illness.

Conduct health assessments, monitor employee vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.

Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.

Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness initiatives.

Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with external healthcare providers for specialized care or referrals.
