Repair and Maintenance (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Repair and Maintenance professional to join our growing textile manufacturing unit in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 2-3 years of experience in overseeing and executing repair and maintenance operations for textile machinery and infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of all textile machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to repair requests and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic problems on the shop floor.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including parts used, labor hours, and costs, leveraging M.Com skills for financial tracking.
- Assist in managing inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability for critical repairs.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Support the implementation of new maintenance procedures and technologies.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis for maintenance activities, utilizing financial acumen from M.Com.
