Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and draft official correspondence, including letters, emails, and memos, maintaining a professional tone and format.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for reports and communications.
- Maintain organized records of all reports and correspondence for easy retrieval.
- Proofread and edit documents for grammatical errors, clarity, and consistency.
- Support in tracking the status of ongoing reports and communication tasks.
