Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Respiratory Therapist with 0-2 years of experience to join our manufacturing facility in Nagpur. This role will be crucial in ensuring the health and safety of our workforce by managing respiratory health programs and providing essential services. While the primary focus is on respiratory care, the M.Com background will be leveraged for administrative tasks, record-keeping, and potentially assisting with health program budgeting and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory care treatments and therapies as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor patient's respiratory status and response to treatments.
- Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workplace health and safety protocols related to respiratory health.
- Manage inventory of respiratory supplies and equipment.
- Utilize M.Com skills for administrative duties, including record management, report generation, and potentially assisting with budget tracking for health services.
