Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Retail Cashier with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience looking to contribute to the agricultural sector. The Retail Cashier will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, managing cash and card payments, and providing excellent customer service at our retail outlet specializing in fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemicals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Accurately process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity.
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Provide basic product information and direct customers to appropriate staff for detailed inquiries.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment at the counter.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security.
- Utilize B.Pharma knowledge to understand product categories and assist customers with basic queries related to agricultural inputs.
