Risk Consultant - B.Des Professionals (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Consultant with a B.Des background to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with 1-2 years of experience looking to apply design thinking and analytical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within our fast-paced logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and security of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze potential risks across various logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery, using a design-centric approach.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and frameworks, focusing on user experience and operational flow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Product) to integrate risk management into service design and process improvements.

Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and near misses, translating findings into actionable design solutions.

Create visual representations of risk scenarios, process maps, and proposed solutions to communicate complex information effectively.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented risk controls and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
